This tester was provided with a 16 bit, 100 kHz DAC and ADC module. The ATX5002 is mostly used in conjunction with an expensive high-end tester with limited analog capabilities. Many ATX5002 testers are sold and still in use.
A more modulair base test system. The power supply and communication controller are seperated from the analog modules.
A test system for high speed ADC and DAC bench-testing.
The ATX7002 is provided with an 18 bit, 1 MHz DAC and ADC module. The controller module is upgraded with a fast Digital Signal Processor. The capabilities of the Digital I/O module are extended. The optional modules, a dual reference module and a dual power supply module, are added. The firmware and software are extended with more signal analizing capabilities. On request of some customers a high speed 16 bit DAC module, a high speed ADC module and an accompanying high speed Digital I/O module were developed. Many of our customers do use this tester for engineering purposes. The ATX7002 resources can be found here.

The ATX7006 is provided with a 20 bit, 2 MHz DAC and ADC module. The controller module is upgraded to a fast and low power Computer-On-Module. The performance of the dual reference module is improved. The capabilities of the dual power supply are extended. The capabilities of the Digital I/O in low speed mode are extended. The embedded software capabilities are extended. This tester is very suitable for engineering (bench analysis) and production testing.

The ATX-Express features the same signal quality and versatility as the ATX7006, but is limited to 5 slots. The ATX-Express is ideal for test labs that don’t have a wide range of converters to test and therefore can settle with less slots. The display, GPIB interface and integrated production mode calculations are optional for the ATX-Express.

The ATX-Hybrid has 6 user assignable PXI slots. The system controller is a standard PXI System Controller.
