4. Dynamic calculations on the ATX7006

ATX7006

The dynamic calculations can be performed on the ATX7006 with the command CALC_DYN.

The dynamic calculations can be configured with the commands:

CALCOPT_DYN : Windowing, no. of harmonics and calculation options.
CALCOPT_DYN_EXT : Spectrum output (dBc, Vpeak etc.), reference level, exclude bins.

Results are available with the commands:

MR_DYN : SINAD, THD, SNR, SFDR etc.
MR_DYN_FFT : The raw fft result array.
MR_DYN_SPECTRUM : The spectrum bins result array.
MR_DYN_HARM : List of harmonics.

ATX7002

Calculations will be performed after a test (MX) when the system is in "production mode". The system is set in production mode with the command PMODE. Dynamic calculations are performed after a dynamic test, MT2 (A/D test) or MT12 (D/A test). Results can be queried with the command M. Windowing is not available on the ATX7002 system.

Software/ATView

In the WaveAnalyzer of ATView7006 the fast fourier transform can be performed with the button "FFT". Settings for the dynamic analysis can be configured with menuitem "Dynamic Measurement Settings" of the menu "Options". A window can be selected on the tab "Windowing".

The dynamical modules of ATView7 the fast fourier transform can be performed with the button "FFT". A window can be configured with the menuitem "Signal windowing" of the "Options" menu.
